14th September 2020We had a staycation to celebrate our 6th anniversary and I was very impressed with the services rendered by Hyatt staffs. From the check in, the concierge, the room, Swimming pool, breakfast and everything else, we were really satisfied as it was beyond our expectations. complimentary tea sachet was nice. room was spacious and clean. tv was clear. service staff are excellent. they do a good job with the breakfast service during this period.

10th August 2020Grand Hyatt is one of the beautiful hotels in Singapore. Even the entrance is grand and looks regal. Perfect for many venues. The ambiance was lively and energetic, everyone looked so full of life. I attended a birthday bash here. My friends and I enjoyed the bar services. The finest alcohol brands anyone could find.
