6th May 2020A pub-type restaurant, The Barking Deer Brew Pub at Lower Parel is one of most unique places I have ever been to. I had booked a table at this venue via VenueMonk and then headed over to the location with my group of friends. The ambience at the venue was truly perfect and I really enjoyed being in that setting. A vegetarian friendly restaurant, this venue has loads of dishes and beverages to offer. The buffet had so many amazing options and all of us ate to our heart's content. T

Approach
The Barking Deer Brewpub, which is now known as Super Happy Pop-up is Mumbai’s first microbrewery. It is located in Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel West and is one of the best places to chill out with friends after a hectic day or busy week.
Ambience
The ambiance is quite lively and bright with splashes of yellow all over the place. The ceilings, having broad wooden beams as separators, are filled with yellow tags with paper lantern lights. It has exposed brick walls that provide a character to the venue with wooden furniture. The most eye-catching part of the décor is the yellow emoticons made up of yellow red and black coasters. Also, one cannot is the huge spiral wind chime made up of yellow beer cans. Needless to say, yellow is the main theme of this microbrewery.
Food and Service
Their menu is equally diverse that serves Italian, European, American, and assorted finger foods. The food portion served is decent and enough for one person. Their nachos and pizza have a good helping of cheese and the onion rings have just the right amount of crispiness. Let’s not forget the USP of this place, the home-brewed beer. The guest can try the samplers to get a taste of the freshly brewed beer and can also ask for recommendations to pair with the food. They also serve other alcoholic beverages.

Best known for the see-through glass behind the bar counter where the guests can see the making of the beer. They make their own bread from barley mash which they sell at their bakery along with other merchandise such as T-shirts and mugs.
