Kays Lovely is a restaurant and has been there for the past 3 generations currently managed by S. Charanjeet Singh and his two sons Parampal Singh and Puneet Singh. The place is about 15 minutes drive from Ludhiana Railway Station and about 17 minutes from Ludhiana Airport.
Ambience
Being a sweet shop which doubles up as a restaurant and bakery it's a place where family can come to dine in and feel a bit relaxed or one can invite their friends where either one of the friend can host as a party for whatever reason one wants to throw a party or if the friends are meeting after a long time then it could be a melting point of a reunion of sorts. Because it's a sweet shop the ambience is more like the fast food restuarant. the only difference isthe vibe in Kays Lovely is that it gives more of a desi vibe.

The food and service is much better than one could expect and since the owners love to experiment they introduce new dishes every now and then. All this is made possible because of the catering team and the staff which serves the customers what oe desires. The staff is knowledegable not just of thier product or services but thier surroundings as well, they are prompt, being in Punjab they are courteous, friendly, yet they do not go overboard and keep their professionalism intact. Though when need be they do go overboard without letting professionalism take a hit to provide the best customer service in a simialr setup
