24th September 2020I went to Country Side Resort for a cocktail dinner party. The communication with the hotel staff was effective and smooth and that is why it was a great event. The staff was polite and courteous and we absolutely loved their guest treatment. They handled everything ranging from the decor to the hotel room to stay with grace and responsibility and we were happy with their professional behavior. Approach
The resort is known to be a low key resort which is surrounded by sand dunes, it is 2 km from Sam Sunset Point, 30 km from Desert National Park and 55 km from Jaisalmer Airport and 2.8 KM from railway station. It's one of the camp resorts in Jaisalmer
Ambience
Because of the resort being camp based resort, one can expect it to be uber cool. However, just because it's a camp based resort, does not mean it won't appeal to family or people of older generation, instead it appeals to one and all. Oe can enjoy the evening entertainment which makes the environment all the more cool. If one is travelling with kids, the resort has the facility for kids enterntainment. One can be free from the stress of seeming to be inhaling the poluted enviornment as each rooms hve air purifier. There's a private bwach where one can njoy and have the environment one is seeking.
Food and Service
The food options is good as it is traditional food and refreshing concoctions of drinks. Without the staff the place would not be half as good as it is. The staff are well trained to go beyond thier call of duty. The service provided by staff is friendly in nature, and while providing the service, they are courteous, prompt and keep thier professional self every time with a wide grin on thier face every time you are serviced by them. The staff are well knowledgable too in the service and the products that they service. Each and every staff whether it is the bell boy or the perosnal trainer each one has the million dollar smile which seems like it is glued from end to the other.
