Approach
The Great Bear Microbrewery is a fantastic venue to host all your special events. It is precisely nestled in the lanes of Sector 26, Chandigarh. It can be easily reached through private vehicles or cabs.
Ambience
It has a great ambiance. Wooden interiors are the highlight of this place and are designed in a way that makes it look like the inside of a ship that has anchors and ropes hanging from the ceilings. Some interesting graffiti are spray painted on the walls and another section of the wall has some very humourous beer quotes written on it which you can surely have a good laugh at while you wait for your order to be served. The restaurant also focuses on greenery– vertical plantations and potted plants line the walls and windows and contrast really well with the wooden interiors. The bar is designed in a way that almost invites you to take a seat and enjoy a chilled pint of beer. The ambiance is very cozy and comfortable and definitely helps you unwind.
Food and Service
This restaurant is a pure vegetarian one. There is an extensive menu that contains dishes ranging from Maharashtra's favourite Pav Bhaji to Punjab's authentic thaali. The restaurant offers some great Chinese and Italian varieties as well which are much in demand and among the most ordered here. The staff are impeccable with their service. They bring you the orders as quickly as possible and ensure that the wait is not too long. They do everything meticulously, an example of which you can see in your perfectly plated dish. Apart from that, the restaurant also provides Jain food and is therefore, frequently visited by people in search of Jain food which is not that easily available in other restaurants.
