12th March 2020My trip to the Glass Palace had a rocky start because of the immense traffic at the Delhi-Chandigarh border. However, the staff from the beginnning made sure that me and all my guests were comfortable, they brought out refreshments as soon as we arrived and we didn't have to ask for anyone to even take our luggage, as they themselves helped. I was attending a friend's wedding and I was so impressed by his choice of hotel, because I have rarely seen such high hospitality standards
