18th March 2020Subz is a very delicate and comparitively conventional establishment which offers you the original deal. Promising a tried and tested, yet not dilapidated formula of dining, Subz serves you an exquisite, traditional Indian delicacy on a copper platter, and boggles your mind. Although being a primarily conventional restaurant, and also specialising in Indian cuisine, it also offers you western food. Surprisingly, the crowd favourite is the chocolate pastry which melts in your mouth

Approach
Located in the Ground Floor of the Cosmopolitan Club on 22nd Cross, 3rd block in Jayanagar, this beautiful restaurant is a great place to spend time with your family. The restaurant is always buzzing with a positive energy. Getting a public transport from here is fairly easy and parking facilities are also available for those coming here in their private vehicles.
Ambience
The restaurant has some great interior. The ambiance is casual and cozy. Colourful paintings hang on its wooden brown falls. The furniture is wood and it is remarkable how the furnishings and interiors are all done in warm and cool shades of brown that somehow contrast really well with one another. One would think it is too much brown before designing a place, but the result of it in the form of this restaurant, certainly verifies that one can never go wrong with brown. The restaurant is brightly lit up and the seating is very well structured and organised.
Food and Service
Subz specialises in North Indian vegetarian cuisines. There is a lunch and dinner buffet available everyday. The buffets offer some great variety. Items range from sabzis to rice, breads of various types and desserts. There are also live counter items offering a diverse selection of chaats, pastas and tawa mithais.
