Punkah House is an interesting restaurant with stylish interiors and a hint of antique royalty. I had planned to celebrate my Mom's birthday party here. The whole property can hold up to 200 of your near and dear ones. The team of talented chefs took us all by surprise with their finger licking Indian dishes. Everything was so delicious and aromatic. Approach

Located on the first and secoy floor of the HAL 2nd Stage on the 12th Main Road of Indiranagar is this ethereal restaurant that is sure to give you a most spectacular dininy experience in the city. Since it is located in an area which is always buzzing with people and a stream of buses, cabs and auto rickshaws, finding a public transport becomes much easier.

Ambience

Punkah House has a very amicable and posh ambiance. The interiors are a much of traditional meets modern that blend better than you expect it too. Both indoor and outdoor seating options are available, the outdoor ones being a good choice for those winter afternoons or the pleasant breezy evenings. Colours used here are mainly brown and beige and other such warm tones that make the restaurant feel very cozy and welcoming.

Food and Service

This particular restaurant mainly serves food of the Indian variety. And although limited on the types of cuisines it offers, it certainly isn't limited to the variety of dishes that it offers. The menu is elaborate. There are some classic Indian favourites available which are very well made. There are a lot of dishes that have been experimented with which has worked well for this restaurant. The cocktail menu is to look out for. It is very inclusive. The drinks are refreshing and make you feel really relaxed.
