6th June 2020Double Decker has a beautiful ambiance that is a delight to the eyes with impressive interiors. The venue is suitable for hosting multiple events. It has an amalgamation of plush furnishings, fancy lighting, and lovely decor that compliments well with the ambiance. Approach
This relatively new bar and pub in 5 Lancer Building in Brigade Road is attracting quite a lot of people looking to enjoy their time here in the city. The restaurant can accommodate upto 80 people and can also host parties like cocktail and bachelorettes. Availing a public transport from around here is not much of a hassle and most often than not, you can find them right outside the restaurant.
Ambience
Double Decker packs quite an open air space. Located on the fourth floor, it also offers quite an amazing view of the city. Colourful sofas, swing chairs and a terrace seating make up this beautiful venue. There are also some beautiful murals and arts on the walls. The giant mural on the bar is the one that stands out the most. It depicts the evolution of homosapiens and is done with quite a detail and flair. Over all, the ambiance is just right for you to indulge in some refreshing drink and delicious food.
Food and Service
The restaurant offers a wooden menu which is quite an extensive one. Beer Battered Onion Rings and Egg Chilli stand out in the finger food and bar nibble section. The Egg Chilli is laden with a generous amount of masala and goes perfectly with some Coke or the Tequila Sunrise. The mains have quite the variety and surprisingly consist a lot of South Indian items. There are wraps, dosas dhoklas and Thai curries available for you to choose from. Desserts also have quite a good selection. The bar menu is the usual fare of draught and bottled beers, hard liquor and those signature cocktails. The staff here are quite the friendly lot of people. Orders come in promptly and the hospitality really is commendable.
