A bar-type setting in JP Nagar, Casa Picosa serves some of the best multicuisine delicacies in the city. My brother had spoken very highly of this place and so I was dying to check the venue out for myself. Now I can say that this venue definitely fulfilled all my expectations. Casa Piccosa is not a cornerstone of unconventionality and differentiation; it is the place that puts forth a tried and tested, traditional and liked by all, proposition that invests great faith in how food is served to all the guests. Located on the second floor of Shravanee Square, JP Nagar, lies this authentic Mexican and Latin American restaurant named the Casa Piccosa. Granted, you do have a lot of options to choose from in JP Nagar, but if you want the bar and pub experience along with a taste of those delicious Mexican and Spanish dishes, then this is the place for you.

Ambience

The ambiance of Casa Piccosa is a very calm and quiet one. The place has wood finished interiors. There is a huge bar on one side of the restaurant which is loaded with some great liquor, lounge seating, high tables and a band play area. The semi closed section of the restaurant offers a fabulous aerial view of the city and will leave you feeling very refreshed and energized. There's a map of South America carved into the wall, which is a pretty unique idea and quite cleverly done. The lighting is great and goes very well with the overall vibe of the place.

Food and Service

The folks working at this Mexican and Latin American bar and pub are ones who have worked with a 30 year old leading Mexican Restobar Brand situated all the way in Mexico. The person in charge of the food here, Chef Ernesto Villareal is a 33 year old man, who also hails from Mexico and has more than a decade of experience in different styles of cooking. The bar section is designed keeping the restaurant's Latin roots in mind. There's a wide range of beer cocktails, cocktails, tequilas and wines available here.The staff is very professional and provide great hospitality services.
