12th June 2020I booked one of their banquet halls to celebrate my son’s 1st birthday. We had asked the hotel’s management to lightly decorate the halls with some multi colored balloons and other birthday decorations and they did an excellent job. They did not over-decorate the place which I was most afraid of but it looked elegant. The even left a few balloons on the floor and the children became really excited to play with them. Hotel Surya Residency is a beautiful venue that is located on SCO 50-51, Distt. Shopping Center in Ranjit Avenue. It is located at the heart of all the business and shopping centers. One can reach this place by private and public transport as well as personal cars.
Ambience
The décor of the place is quite elegant and the green textured wall behind the reception desk is a good contrast to the natural lights that seeps in from the large glass windows which add beauty to the place. With shining floors, wooden touches here and there, and the use of a sober color scheme makes you feel at home. It also has plush sofa seating to make your wait comfortable. The rooms are also very neat and clean and have the modern amenities one would need for their stay. The place also offers its banquet hall for any mid-sized social gathering and celebrations.
