17th March 2021Roots Cafe is a very laidback quaint open-air bistro in the heart of the city. It is ideal for a casual retreat and small intimate gatherings. My friends organised a surprise birthday party for me here and naturally, it occupies a special place in my memory. The food is rustic and boasts beautiful flavours and homemade delicacies raised to gourmet levels of dining. The staff behavior is also quite polite and friendly. I would definitely come back here again.

We searched hard and finally found Roots Cafe to fit in all our requirements. The place has a very simple yet unique outdoor ambience and the indoor ambience is also worth a look. The food was very delicious. The staff was very courteous and quick.

24th February 2021Roots- Cafe in the Park is certainly a venue of its kind. I had recently attended a kitty party at this place and it had been an amazing experience. The outdoor space is a very simple yet unique setting with slabs placed on bricks and it looks amazing. The indoor area includes a thatched sloping roof and wooden furniture. The variety of food was pretty diverse and we all were pretty much confused about what to order.

9th February 2021I booked Roots for a brunch party to celebrate my promotion. To say that the venue is peaceful would be an understatement because it is serene and beautiful. The staff is cooperative and efficient in handling such a party. The guests were really happy with their service and even complimented the delicious food and drinks. The lush greenery, wooden architecture and high-standard facilities made this venue worthwhile.

Roots Café reconnects to your roots with its basic but tastefully done décor in which almost no man-made materials have been used, the simplicity of its menu, partially open-air structure & the huge air coolers. The structure is of wood, bamboo & other natural materials. The roof is thatched. The furniture is all wood. The coasters are natural and so the beautifully made cover of the menu card and the ‘cheque’ folder.
Food and Service
The food served here is just simple, tasty and superb. One must opt for Poha, Moong Dal Chilla and bread toast with cheese. Unlike in other places where the waiting staff gets the order, here one is supposed to write his choice of food on a little ‘order slip’. The waiting staff is very non-intrusive but well behaved & nice. Their product knowledge is good.

29th June 2022Took my mum for lunch here, the food quality was excellent and the flavors of the food were so good that we all certainly ate more than our capacities. The drinks were really cool and refreshing and were served beautifully in innovative ways. The staff was very friendly and were pretty quick in their service. I would certainly recommend this place for a great dining experience.
